Welcome to KU9. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ku9 platform, including the website at ku9.today, the mobile application, and all associated services. By creating an account or placing a bet on ku9, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

KU9 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned after deducting any amounts already withdrawn.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on ku9. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances being forfeited.

• KU9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above a certain threshold.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 6.

All bets placed on ku9 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that market.

KU9 reserves the right to void any bet under the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on a market that was suspended or closed at the time of placement due to a technical error.
• The odds displayed were clearly incorrect due to a pricing error.
• There is evidence that the bet was placed as part of a coordinated attempt to exploit a system error or pricing anomaly.
• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise does not reach a valid conclusion under the applicable rules.

Once a bet has been confirmed and settled by ku9, the result is final. KU9 does not reverse settled bets except in cases where a clear administrative error has occurred, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. KU9 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any live market and reserves the right to suspend or close live markets at any time without prior notice.

KU9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. The specific requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds not used within the stated validity period will be removed from your account automatically.
• KU9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per payment account. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times is a breach of these Terms.
• KU9 reserves the right to withhold bonus-derived winnings if there is evidence that a player has abused the bonus system or acted in bad faith.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ku9 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities:

• Money laundering: Using ku9 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
• Fraud: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or making fraudulent chargeback claims.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on ku9.
• Match fixing: Placing bets on events where you have prior knowledge of a predetermined outcome, or participating in any arrangement to fix the result of a sporting event.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting pricing differences across markets in a manner that constitutes abuse of the ku9 platform.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated betting software, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account on ku9 for any reason.

KU9 employs monitoring systems to detect prohibited activities. If suspicious activity is identified, ku9 reserves the right to freeze account funds pending investigation without prior notice to the player.

KU9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with the account.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming policy.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ku9 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment account after standard verification checks.

Players who wish to close their ku9 account voluntarily can do so by contacting the support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.
